this is all assumptions of course
His legal name is probably Solido Naso, given by either his adoptive father or his biological mom
(we know D/D introduced himself with Donatella as Solido Nasso, this is why many assume this was his legal name)
Diavolo is his self-given name or how his adoptive father could have called him after discovering* his true** form
* HEAVILY implied with VA anime episode 26
(this doesn't happen in the manga)
** Diavolo is canonically stated as his true form in King Crimson VS Metallica part 1
Vinegar Doppio is, i can't emphasize this enough, PROBABLY, how he called himself since Diavolo (at least when co-conscious) seems to reazlize they share a body
And Vinegar could be an extra to have an actual full name, a name Doppio himself picked or anything tbh
